On arrival at the front of the hotel
The front of the hotel is reached from Pleasant Street. Guests arriving by car or taxi can be dropped off directly at the front entrance of the guesthouse. Unrestricted parking is available on Pleasant Street and surrounding. There are 4 ascending steps to the front door. There is one other door that leads you into the hotel.
Reception
The reception area is located on the ground floor and is accessible on the flat once through the front door there is another door before t he reception area. Help with luggage is of course available. All public areas including stairways are carpeted throughout the hotel

Roadside parking available between the hours of 4pm and 8am. Between 10am and 4 pm only

Television in rooms (some with teletext for people with hearing impairments?)
We can offer assistance in an emergency over night. Due to the fact that the holmsdale does not have any ground floor accomodation and in the interests of health and safety we are unable to accept bookings from persons who cannot use the stairs in the event of an emergency situation. for persons who use a wheelchair please check with us carefully before making a booking.
